Insurance Information

A fundamental principle that we work under is that money should not dictate your health care! A dentist, as a health care practitioner, should diagnosis your oral condition and then provide a range of treatment plans to address the diagnosis. You, as the patient, should then decide which option meets your needs and your budget. Your insurance company should then help you pay for the treatment you and your dentist decided on. To accomplish this, we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If, however, your insurance company is unwilling to pay for a procedure, our recommendations will remain the same since your diagnosis has not changed. We hope our patients appreciate our commitment to prioritize high quality dental care over the cost cutting measures insurance companies take. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are well informed and up-to-date. They can be reached by phone at (503) 352-3224. Please call if you have any questions or concerns regarding your initial visit. Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement.
