Dentures
Before
After
There are many patients who lose all of their teeth due to a variety of reasons. Rampant decay, periodontal disease, and genetics all can play a role. To replace one, several, or all missing teeth, either partial or full dentures can be used. Many patients resist the idea of receiving dentures because of a family member of friend who had a bad experience with them. However, excellent dentures are undetectable and you may have friends or family wearing them without ever knowing! Dr. Halmos strives to make his patients dentures that look as natural as possible, so that they don’t look like false teeth.
By modifying the positioning of the teeth and other subtle adjustments, our dentures often cannot be detected, which is the ultimate complement! Often, dentures are combined with the use of dental implants to help stabilize the dentures. There are many different options which can be discussed combining implants and dentures. Determining which option is best for you will be determined by both the doctor and patient together.
